22 yrs - AuDHD ✨My name is Calamity! I am a Digital & Traditional Artist, Twitch Affiliate streamer, Character Designer, and Voice Actor, who is passionate about creating art, content, structured improv, roleplay, voice acting, character development / illustration, as well as making others laugh! I specialize in these subjects and have been working on and developing my Art and creations for majority of my life. While having experienced setbacks, my biggest dream and goal is to make Art, Content Creation (Twitch/Youtube), Voice Acting, and Creating everything I do, a full-time career! My goal with the community I grow is to create a positive, welcoming platform, and to inspire others to spread good, love, growth, and healing, and to fully connect together as human beings capable of changing the world for the better, and growing and healing into the best version of themselves. I want to inspire others with not only my creations, but with my own advice and lessons that I have learned, to promote that healing, connection, and acceptance. I truly believe that no matter where you've been in the world, what your past is, the mistakes you've made, or the trauma you've experienced, you have the ability to grow, heal, and shape your life into something good, meaningful, and positively powerful. The choice is yours, and by doing so, you inspire others around you who are struggling to do the same, by spreading that inspiration, motivation, human connection, and peace. I want to inspire others this way, the way others have inspired me, and create a ripple effect of creation, positivity, true connection, and healing. It may sound cheesy, but, we cannot change the world on our own, but we can change the world together. As humans, as people, connected.

- A fully shaded fullbody stream/twitch screen.
- Comes with a simple gradient/colour background. Complex backgrounds are +$50.
- Extra characters are +$50
- Comes with SMALL animated & edited effects. More animated & edited effects cost extra and go up with complexity!

EMOTES - $20 CAD EACH

- An emote of your character/person of choice!
- Emotes have a transparent background.
- Emotes are shaded (see first example.) Some examples included here are not shaded and older quality; however ALL emotes WILL be shaded and the same quality like the first example!BUNDLES:
bundles are a good way to get more, for less! If you're looking for more than one emote, bundles may be the best option.

PNGTUBERS (HEADBUST) - $100+

- Grommet hole punch & keychain clip! (Not shown yet currently.)
- Additional characters can be added with an extra cost of +$30 per character.NOTE: Some photos don't have the holo lamination, but all badges come holo laminated if wanted!

» TERMS OF SERVICE «

Please read through my TOS BEFORE commissioning me.

PAYMENT. . .

- Payment for all commissions must be paid in FULL upfront. I do not start artwork until full payment has been made.
- I only accept PayPal, Ko-Fi, and e-transfer (Canada only for etransfer) at this time.

REFUNDS. . .

- NO REFUNDS for lost or stolen artwork during the shipping process.
- REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILIBLE IF: I did not start the artwork yet.
- There is a cancellation fee of 10% to cover the time we have communicated and discussed your piece.

RIGHTS AND REPOSTING. . .

- As the artist I retain the rights and copyright of my artwork. I have the right to post your commission online, use the piece for advertising purposes (art examples, etc.) with the watermark attached. If you wish to not have your commission posted online or want to stay anonymous, let me know during the commission process!
- DO NOT remove my signature from the work unless I have given permission otherwise.
- Please be aware that I can decline ANY commission for ANY reason.
- You are NOT allowed to use my art for AI training, NFTs, or anything else related.
- Art is NOT for commercial use, meaning you cannot make profit. Art is for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless discussed with me and paid for.- As the client/commissioner, you reserve the right to:
- Claim rights to the character, but NOT the artwork itself.
- Share/repost the artwork any place they see fit with proper credit to the artist.
- Request that the artwork not be displayed on other platforms by the artist. (You MUST request this either BEFORE or when you receive the art for this rule to come into effect.)

REVISION. . .

- After I send you the pencil sketch (both traditionally & digitally) you may request any changes or revisions.
- Once the pencil sketch is approved, NO FURTHER REVISIONS can be requested.

COMPLETION TIME & DEADLINES. . .

- My current TAT/Completion time for all commissions is up to 2 weeks. However, most commissions are done much sooner!
- Due to many circumstances, delays may happen. In the case of any delays, I will keep you updated about the cause of the delay, and around how much longer the wait time would be.
- I DO NOT work with deadlines, sorry!

TRADITIONAL ARTWORK SPECIFICS. . .

- If anything about your characters design or features is unclear due to your reference sheets/images, and you did not properly explain what you would like drawn or added, any error with producing an accurate depiction of your character/concept in my art cannot be redone or corrected. Traditional artwork is created completely by hand, using traditional media, and there is no undo button. A redo will cost money.- I cannot make changes to the art at ALL past the sketch stage. Lineart and colour cannot be changed in traditional work.

WHAT I WILL DRAW. . .

- Furry / Anthro characters
- Real people (family, friends, youtubers/streamers, etc.)
- Fictional Characters
- Original Characters
- NSFW / Suggestive pieces (ID required for proof of age.)
- Political pieces (ONLY if I agree with the political statement, or am comfortable with what you want drawn.)
- Animals / Pets
- Gore / Blood

WHAT I WONT DRAW. . .

- ANY depictions of self-harm or suicide.
- Hateful, discriminatory artwork, or artwork used to attack / harm someone or a group of people.
- Armor / Mecha
- Vehicles, buildings, etc.
- Art depicting sexual assault, harassment, grooming, etc.
- Anything that I deem uncomfortable, or out of my skill level. I have the right to refuse ANY commission for ANY reason.
